You can still register to volunteer by coming by our main volunteer tent located at the corner of University Drive and Curtin Road, across the street from the Bryce Jordan Center.

 

Please park in Beaver Stadium West Parking located between University Drive and Beaver Stadium.  Parking is Free for all volunteers.   Volunteers for Friday evening Sports Fest can also park in the new East Deck located next to the new Creamery.

Volunteer Information you should know:

 

We need you Rain or Shine!  Please don’t let inclement weather keep you from coming out.  We actually need more volunteers if it rains to get the equipment inside and keep the venues running.

 

We take volunteers of any age or ability.  No special experience is necessary.  We can find something that will be fun and rewarding for you.

 

Free parking is available for volunteers on the West Side of Beaver Stadium.  Enter off of Park Avenue at the light near Beaver Stadium.

 

If you are registered for Athletics parking is available near the Outdoor Track.  Please report directly to the volunteer tent located at the track.

 

Bowling Volunteers: please report directly to Northland Bowl on Martin Street.

 

Golf Volunteers: please report directly to Course 2 entrance of the Centre Hill Country club located off of Scenery Drive.

 

Gymnastics Volunteers: please report directly to the White building gym.  Parking should be available at the Hub parking deck or the Pugh Street parking garage.

 

Equestrian Volunteers: please report directly to the Ag Arena.

 

Setup/Administration:  All volunteers for  please report to the Main Volunteer Tent at the corner of Curtin Road and University Drive, across from the Bryce Jordan Center.

 

Opening Ceremonies Volunteers: please report directly to Medlar Baseball Field at the end of Curtin Road.

 

Please dress appropriately for the weather and activity.  Sneakers are the best footwear for all events.

 

Please take the proper precautions against the sun by wearing sun block.

 

Lunch will not be provided to the volunteers however lunch will be available at stands around the campus and at the Findlay Dining Commons for a minimal cost.

 

Sunday Teardown Volunteers: please report to the Drill Deck behind the Wagner Building.  The Wagner Building is located along the South Side of Curtin Road.
